”Receptionist at desk very helpful. she got me checked in early with no issues. then in the morning after we checked out they provided assistance in getting our forgotten item in the room. it was brought down to lobby for us. very friendly and professional.”

”The setting on the lake were incredible, the rooms are pretty tired, and could use updating. They front desk lady gave me an upgrade which was very good. The front desk lady also charged me $4 extra because she said expedia doesnt pay their fees, not sure what that was all about but have never run into that issue before. ”

”The facility is rather new, very clean, and comfortable. The location isn’t the greatest but to have a kitchenette while on the road is definitely a plus. I’ve stayed at other ESA facilities further south on 101 and they get 1 Star reviews. This one is a good one!”
