”We really enjoyed our stay at Etna Suite. Everything worked well, we have nothing to complain about! Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful, room was neat and bed good and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Catania. Extra thanks to car parking which worked perfectly, the car was even driven by the staff in the small parking lot which made it very convenient. We recommend this hotel!”

”My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for...

”Location was great, room was good, also the common terrace was nice. Very easy to get around the city by foot and several grocery stores and restaurants close by. However, eventhough there is a kitchen, no cooking appliences awailable. A microwave and a hotplate without any pan/pot does not help that much. Something that would have been nice to know also is that breakfast is offered in a closeby café. The breakfast is very Italian style, 1 drink and 1 pastry included. ”

”The hotel is very conveniently and safely located. The airport bus stop is near and there is also a nice park for morning run, if you like. And of cource the shopping/café area starts almost from the main door, yet the street noise doesn't get too bad in the room. The room was large and modern, the breakfast wonderful (also gluten free products, when asking!). The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again. ”

”Simply super. Even better you expect based on the reviews. I liked the exiting entrance to the grand very old building, the elevator to take luggage up to the floors, the paintings in the ceilings, the tea and coffee facilities, and the so kind reception. Only issue is the unreliable water pressure. Location, indeed only 10 minutes flat walk to Borselino bus station, a couple of minutes to Stesicoro or wherever. Still, even the Via Minoriti side room was quiet enough. ”

”We spent two nights in this hotel on our business trip. Rooms were really clean and there was plenty of space. The bed was firm therefore really good! Service was helpful and positive. ”We didn’t speak the language but the hosts were very polite and used translation app to communicate. We were greeted in the street and escorted into our accommodation. Our room was lovely and had a view of Mt Etna. Great location. ”

”We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that you could choose your breakfast from the menu to be delivered to your room. The location is really good, close to the main attractions. However, the room was not sound proof as was advertised and in fact we woke up every morning to the noise coming from the corridor. Also, the room was missing a cupboard for clothes. For hygiene, I would have liked the towels to be changed when they were left on the floor.”
