”This was a really nice stay. The staff was great, there was a great restaurant within walking distance and it was easy to get to. We’d stay again anytime we come back for Fort Myers”

”No room staff during entire stay”

” No towels for the pool. Rooms clean staff was somewhat helpfull alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning went out to the parking lot we were not told or directed to what was happening. Didn't return to rooms until 2:30. Still wasn't told what was going. Breakfast was cleaned up and all put away before we even got down to it. After thing thst happened they could let it go for additional 1/2 hr or so. ”

”This place was nice and room was great with the pull out bed couch. Loved the full kitchen! I wish this had more then one washer and drier in the whole place and it would be nice if they could take card not just quarters. The quarter area broke down while i was putting laundry, the staff didnt know what the right key was and couldnt open it. I had to do laudry at the truck stop across the street. I would stay again but hope they add more laudry as lots of people are coming through. Also...

”Our room had a ant infestation and caused us to throw away a few food items we just purchased, needs some serious pest control ”

”The room was clean however beds were very uncomfortable with my husband and I ended up with terrible backaches, AC doesn’t work well, no phone line in my room. The staff was very nice. They offered me another room and a fan but all of the rooms have the same beds and old AC system. We booked for 4 nights I left at after 3. No reimbursement or future credit was offered. Due to the backaches we asked for a future night stay instead. Therefore, we were very disappointed. ”

”Very nice Hampton Inn. Great location in Fort Meyers! Pool is a little small, located in a shady area. Other then that: Clean and the staff was very nice!”

”Enjoyed the pool, staff in all areas were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Large breakfast selection and was surprised by the Wednesday social event, thank you.”

”The shuttle service I promised was unavailable; I told them that was not okay and I needed a ride to the hotel from the airport. The desk person told me to call back in 10 minutes and she would try to call an Uber. After 10 minutes I called and nobody answered, I made multiple calls and could not get thru for 20 minutes. I was then told I would have to wait another 25 minutes for an Uber - completely unacceptable. Service was slow at check-in; breakfast not so great.”
