I stayed in this hotel with two of my friends (three of us in total). When we arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, approachable and could speak good english. They explained very clearly everthing we needed to know about the hotel. By the recepetion desk were we checked in was a small shop which was good for buying snacks and water. The lift there felt a bit shaky when using it and it took ages to get to our floor and so for most of the time we opted to use the stairs to get to our room. Within the room the bedrooms were a good size for what we payed for and it had two beds side by side, air conditioning, and an open wardrobe that had 4 hangers. The matresses for the beds were fairly comfortable. In the living room was a small sofa that had a pull-out sofa bed and again that mattress was fairly comfortable but not as comfortable as the bed matresses. The kitchen had cups, mugs, plates, knifes, forks, small and large spoons, a bread knife, a small frying pan, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a large pot, a pan, two spatulas and two hobs. I would say that the kitcken is best used for making simple meals but i would not use it to make anything complicated. The room also came with a balcony that gave you a good view of Santa Ponca and it came with two chairs and a table. In the room was air conditioning was in the bedroom and the living room which was very good at keeping you warm during the day but at night it can get very warm. Overall good value for money
