Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this 42 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Families can request a baby cot and high chair for rent, as well as access to shared toys and books.



Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace, garden, and private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The shared garden features an outdoor pool for relaxation. Active guests will appreciate the shared playground, ping-pong table, billiards, and sports equipment.



Pets are welcome (except category 1 dogs) and must be kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. On-site shared parking is available for one car per unit. Self check-in is offered. Laundry facilities are accessible for an extra fee.



Mountain bikes can be rented on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Private use of the pool can be arranged on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in both the accommodation and shared spaces.
