”Lovely house, beware of the low beams and lack of ease to locate by car (it’s not really possible to park a car of medium size in the street so you need to walk 5 mins). But the house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Quaint but modern. We could have stayed a week!”

”This is a very attractive old village house with lovely garden and amazing views. It is ideally located for walking the Cares Gorge trail.
As the house is so old, it is dark inside (due to the small windows and dark oak floors/ceilings), and the beds are quite small (as the bedrooms are), but that’s part of the charm.”

”This property is a really old house very well located in a quiet part of Arenas. Very handy for the bus to the Ruta de Cares and a few mins walk from the centre of Arenas with shops and restaurants etc. It was nice to stay in a house with history and the neighbours were very friendly. It’s also very close to a football pitch which our boys took advantage of. The only reason I’ve given it 3 stars is that I think it is very overpriced. It’s fairly basic accommodation, which I don’t mind, but we...
