”We had a top floor room that had a good view of the roof tops. The room and bed were excellent and the bathroom was roomy and modern. A square with restaurants and shops was 50 yards away. The only issue during the stay was we had no help carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs.”

”스파도 1시간 무료로 사용 가능 (성인만), 그리고 경기장 바로 앞이라 발코니가 있는 방에서 아름다운 경관을 보았네요. 도보로 왠만한 곳은 다 이동이 가능해서 매우 쾌적했습니다. 다만 차량으로 여행하시는 분들은 미리 google map 주소를 받아서 오셔야합니다. 그냥 구글맵으로 찍고 가면 도로가 차단이 되어있어서 별도의 입구로 가서 호텔에 전화를 하면 차단봉이 내려가서 입장이 가능합니다. 근처 유료주차장을 12유로에 사용 가능하며 도보로 5분정도 거리정도 되고 쾌적했습니다.”

”The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and good value. The hotel was eco friendly with interesting decor - there were nice touches such as homemade yogurt, juices, granola , soap etc We would definitely stay there again. ”

”We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The reception, pool, and restaurant all closed at 19:30 or 20:00, which was a bit disappointing /inconvenient. The mini fridge in our room was not functioning. Other than those minor complaints, our room was lovely, the views of horses were wonderful, and we enjoyed the on-site horse show. ”

”Arriving at the property via the small lanes not helped by GPS navigation led to very low expectations. Once inside the gate there was a surprise. The property is an ancient convent with a lovely Chaple. The grounds a wildly planted with many different and interesting ponds, large fountains, and plantings. Worth a stay and visit to ARLES and ST REMY. Just be sure to have good directions to find the Havre de Paix, Excellent breakfast served with fruit, cheese, cut meats, cereal, coffee, juices,...

”We didn't end up staying because the property closed early and couldn't check us in. It was advertised as closing at 9 PM but on the day of the reservation, with 2 minutes of warning, the property told us they were closed at 8. We got there at 8:30 and no one was around, so we were stranded. We ended up getting another hotel that night, and the property refused to grant any partial refund (under the no-show clause) despite violating the conditions of the booking.”
