”The area around the property is magnificent. The property itself is very nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only concern I have is in regard to safety in case of a fire. The amenities are upstairs and the stairs are quite narrow. An older person would have extreme difficulty getting down and the windows do not appear to be an option. Maybe there were other options but I didn’t see any. ”

”Great location - close to Heathrow, easy to locate, private car park. Close to local convenience shop and a pub. Beautiful old guest home, with some lovely features; However, we were left waiting on the doorstep to get greeted for over 10 minutes, no apology from staff, later had an apology from owner for her daughter not hearing the door. We were told we could help ourselves to cereal, coffee etc from the dining room, as we were leaving at 645am for the airport, but the was only 1 bowl...

"Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "
