An inventory of the property is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the Civil Code).
Subsequent guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants' departure.
