”This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

”My family and I stayed for two nights and it was absolutely incredible. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Everything from the service to the food and the room of course were perfect! We had an incredible view of the city from our 18th floor room. That pool and hot tub especially were a big plus for the kids and us as well. My wife and I enjoyed a massage at the spa which we would highly recommend! Overall, one of the best stays we've ever had outside of our own home.”
