”The staff was very friendly. They provided an extra pillow and blanket to make me extra comfortable. Check in was ready she convenient. Only owed $3.50 city tax. Room had full shower and comfortable but smaller bed. Would highly recommend and also in a very good area. Team minutes to the cathedral and the train station.”

”The accommodation was easy to find & parking no problem. Hospitable host. It was perfect for us - we just stayed 1 night. Clean. Good kitchenette. Plenty of windows that open easily, so nice & light & airy. Bed comfortable. Shower not very powerful, but sufficient. Heaters in lounge & bedroom if needed. Breakfast & fruit juice brought to your door & very tasty. Would recommend & return. ”

”I never received any check-in information from the guest house, and I had to call them twice before I could get in. All the keys were just hanging there in the lobby with no staff around, I could've gone into any room I wanted. Once that was done though, the room was nice if tiny, and the bed was comfy. Slept like a log. ”

”On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. ”

"Hotellilla oli kaksi kertaa palohälytys. Toinen oli 02:00 yöllä ja heräsin kesken unien palohälytykseen. Kerroin molemmilla kerroilla hotellin henkilökunnalle asiasta, mutta en saanut heiltä mitään tietoa asiasta. Lisäksi huoneen ilmastointilaite ei toiminut, ei voinut säätää lämpötilaa. Tämän myös ilmoitin kahteen kertaan, ja henkilökunta sanoi ilmoittavansa asian huollolle. Mutta eivät tienneet mitään, kun kyselin uudestaan. Laite ei toiminut kokl majoitukseni aikana. "
