Sunset Vibes is a lakefront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in Camdenton, Missouri, offering peaceful water views and unforgettable Lake of the Ozarks sunsets. This zero-step entry condo features elevator access to the unit, seasonal community pool, and dock areas for added convenience. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining space with beautiful lake views, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, dining table for four, and a gourmet coffee bar with both Keurig and drip coffee maker. The spacious living room includes Smart TV, WiFi, games, and a sofa that converts to a full bed. Step outside to the expansive lakefront deck with seating and grill, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The primary suite offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and private en suite bath, while the second bedroom also features a queen bed and Smart TV. A second full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort during your stay. Parking is available for 2–3 vehicles with limited boat and trailer parking.

House Rules: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, provide a valid ID, and complete the online registration and Vacation Rental Agreement prior to arrival. All guests must be registered. Pets are allowed with prior approval only and daily pet fees of $35 per pet apply. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or on the deck. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM in accordance with HOA guidelines. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. The deck, grill, dock, lake, elevator, and community pool are used at your own risk. Community amenities are maintained by the HOA and availability is not guaranteed.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, please review and follow the house rules below:

Registration & Age Requirements

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

A valid government-issued ID is required.

All guests must be registered prior to arrival.

Completion of the online guest registration and Vacation Rental Agreement is required before check-in details are released.

Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

No unapproved visitors or additional overnight guests.

Pets

Pets are allowed by prior approval only and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Additional daily pet fees apply per pet.

Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges and possible termination of stay.

Smoking Policy

No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the deck, or in common areas.

Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

Parties & Noise

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with community and HOA rules.

Excessive noise may result in removal from the property without refund.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or community amenities during their stay.

Any missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items may be charged to the guest after checkout.

Use of Amenities

The deck, grill, dock, lake, and all community amenities are used at your own risk.

Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group while using these areas.

Children must be supervised at all times near water and on the dock.

Elevator & Pool Disclaimer

Elevator and pool access are maintained and operated by the HOA.

Availability is not guaranteed at all times and may be closed without notice for maintenance, weather, or repairs.

No refunds or discounts will be given for temporary closures of community amenities.

Failure to follow house rules may result in fines, additional charges, or immediate termination of your stay without refund.
