This restored watermill complex sits directly on the River Coura, where centuries-old granite walls meet the sound of flowing water. The property comprises four independent stone houses sharing private grounds and direct access to a river beach.



Main House (T4) — 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 10: three queen bedrooms plus one room with twin beds. Full kitchen, living room with river views.



Bob Dylan House — 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bathroom, sleeps 4. Sofa bed in living area. Ground-floor access to the river.



Joe Cocker House — 2 bedrooms (1 queen + 2 singles), 1 bathroom, sleeps 4. Private entrance, kitchenette.



U2 Loft — 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bathroom, sleeps 2. Compact mezzanine studio above the old mill race.



All houses feature original granite walls, walnut hardwood floors, exposed timber beams, and modern comforts including Wi-Fi, heating and fully equipped kitchens. Outside: shared gardens, BBQ area, sun terraces overlooking the river, and a private path down to the beach.
