The spacious living and dining area, elegantly connected to the garden and swimming pool, offers a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing and socialising. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room provide all the amenities needed for a carefree stay. Outside, the swimming pool invites you to enjoy moments of leisure and fun, whilst the outdoor dining table overlooking the countryside is the perfect setting for memorable meals with family and friends. Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to this fantastic villa, including its five bedrooms—all en-suite—and the spacious living and dining area with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room are also at your disposal. Outside, relax by the private swimming pool, enjoy meals at the table overlooking the countryside, and make the most of the spacious lawn.



The Neighborhood:

Our house is located in Cristelo, a charming village in Portugal, near Moledo, a famous seaside resort since the early 20th century. Just 2 km away, you’ll find Moledo Beach, known for its excellent conditions for surfing and windsurfing. The area is also surrounded by the Mata do Camarido, perfect for exploring nature. Caminha is 4 km away and Vila Nova de Cerveira 15 km, offering a variety of restaurants and shops. Don’t miss the chance to visit the Ínsua Fort, accessible by boat from Moledo Beach, built in the 15th century and famous for its beauty and shellfish harvesting.



Getting Around:

The property offers free on-site and street parking, ensuring a hassle-free stay. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is approximately 80 km away, with a journey time of around 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. The nearest train station is Caminha, about 4 km away, providing an alternative means of transport for exploring the region. The nearest bus stop is a short distance away, making it easy to reach other towns and local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
