”It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response.The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places). ”I just like to say that the staff for the breakfast was awesome. Very helpful to me. She went and got me ice, and then I had broken a fingernail and she went to look for some glue for me. Very nice. She was great. The only thing I could say is we did have mosquitoes in our room, but they didn’t bother us. I killed some of them, which is OK we just couldn’t open the sliding door because they came in through that overall it was great being there. Everyone was great.”
