It comprises a lovely living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 8,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A large living room with armchairs and a fireplace (wood not provided), a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. All with direct access to the garden.
- A living room with sofa and TV
- Separate WC
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.

First floor
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: each with a king-size bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom (bath and WC)
- Bedroom 3: a convertible bunk bed (sleeps 3)
- Bedroom 4: a single bed and a double sofa bed. The bunk bed is accessible via a ladder built into the side of the bed, and may not be suitable for all travellers.
- A shower room (shower and WC)
- Several storage cupboards

The two levels are linked by a central staircase.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A lovely 8,000 m² private, enclosed garden with a petanque area and trampoline. It offers uninterrupted views of a tea plantation to the north and fields and forest to the south.

The house is ideally located in Camors, close to Pluvigner, in a quiet, pleasant setting. The area is surrounded by woodland and footpaths, ensuring complete peace and quiet. It is just a few minutes' drive from Pluvigner, where you will find all the essential shops.

Activities :
Close to the accommodation, you can enjoy many activities in the great outdoors. The forest of Camors offers beautiful hiking trails, mountain bike trails...
The Étang du Petit Bois site is a 10-minute drive away and offers an adventure park, accrobranche (tree climbing) and paths around the pond.

For sightseeing, several places of interest are within easy reach by car:
- The market towns of Camors and Pluvigner
- The typical villages of the Auray region
- Sainte-Anne-d'Auray and the port of Saint-Goustan
- The beaches of Morbihan are also within easy reach for days by the sea.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, the house offers outdoor space for up to 6 vehicles.
The departmental roads around Camors provide quick access to neighbouring towns (Camors, Pluvigner, Baud, Auray).
