”Easy check in. Property is clean, safe and secured ( guests are provided keys to enter the building and use the elevator to the unit). I was just hoping they provide at least 1 toilet roll/tissue for an overnight stay. The towels smell nice, but very thin and looks old. No hair dryer and iron provided, make sure to bring one if needed.”

”Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry”

”Staff were super awesome. Place is very ideal because it was close to the great tourist spots. Room was big and spacious and clean.”

”The shops nearby is convenient. The problem with the kitchen is only 1 outlet is available. Had to unplug the ref to be able to use the microwave, toaster & portable stove. No bath soap was provided. The roll away bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Had to stand on the bed to adjust the fan(that is a safety issue). No kitchen utensils (knife). Smell coming out of the bathroom is a health issue. Since there was no AC it was very uncomfortable to sleep even fam was provided.”

”This is a small condo. Excellent condition with kitchen. Balcony provides a spectacular view of mountains. On site security and underground pearling. ”

”The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We contacted the office management who came to check the unit and we also emailed the office manager. While we were moved to another unit in the area the next day, we encountered more issues. The rooms had mosquitoes, water leak from the side of the stairway, creating safety and slipping hazard and the internet connection does not reach all...

”When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. There was also no microwave as...
