”My husband and I were in town for a sporting event and added a few extra days on afterwards. This hotel was beautiful and had wonderful staff that were always willing to answer questions or just check in and see how we were doing. Upon checking in we received two complimentary drink cards to a local spot that was a great way to explore the town and get introduced to our surroundings. The town was adorable, with many options for entertainment and food within walking distance. Would definitely...

”The water barely work, the TV didn't work at all, the curtain only covered half the room, and the shower drain that mold, oh there was blood on the floor. I wouldn't recommend staying there”

”Cigarette Burns all over the bed spread the nightstand the table. There was not a bucket to go get ice at all.. paint shipped off all over the place on the walls and the ceilings and the front door was off track barely hanging on to the hinges there was no cover on the air conditioner and the floor was dirty had not been swept and the TV was about four or five inches thick from 10 to 15 years ago... hard to imagine it could be worse but at least I didn't see I said see any bed bugs or roaches...

”The first floor room is parking lot level so when you look out the window you’ll see the parking lot Also the window shade does not close or open”

”Very nice & clean hotel, and only a few years old. Rooms are very nice & having a mini kitchen available inside the room was a huge plus! Only problem I had with our stay was that the TV wouldn't turn on the live tv or to even let me connect the tv to my iPhone.”

”The staff was so nice, everything was clean and pleasant. If I had any complaints, it would be to ask why our king bed had dinky little pillows? It was weird. But everything else was awesome!”

”The room wasn’t clean like other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at. The room furnishings weren’t as nice, and towels available were the minimum amount. We’ve made it a point to stay at Hampton Inn’s, so this was disappointing.”

”The facilities are nice as it is a newer, well kept property. The Highpoint is the staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel, or the people who clean the rooms they were as pleasant as could be and willing to do anything they could to assist. I especially want to thank the person who works preparing breakfast. She could not have been more helpful!”

”Didn’t let us check in wouldn’t let me redo my reservation. Sent me on to the road at 2:30 in the morning due to my id being expired by 2 months. Didn’t even know it was. Then my significant other tried to use his id and make a new reservation and they would let me use my card to pay. Completely ridiculous.”
