Le Carot, Independent Cottage with Mountain Views

Between the Tourmalet and Aspin passes, close to the ski resorts of La Mongie and Payolle and the thermal baths of Bagnères de Bigorre, at the foot of the Pic du Midi, Le Carot is a renovated former farmhouse at 800 m altitude. Overlooking the valley, it is surrounded by pastures with sheep and horses, offering a peaceful, authentic setting.



Le Carot is a detached house on a 2-hectare plot, including 1,500 m² fenced, with panoramic mountain views. The cottage accommodates up to 12 guests and is ideal year-round, with a wide range of activities nearby.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with fireplace, a lounge, a dining table, a separate equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and access to a 50 m² terrace and garden. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a shower room, separate toilet, and a traditional gallery. The top floor features a large relaxation and games room, which can also serve as a bedroom for 2.



Outside, the south-facing 50 m² terrace has a large teak table for 12, sun loungers, and a gas plancha, perfect for outdoor meals.



Amenities include free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi and private parking for 4-5 cars. The house is at the end of a 200 m private lane, ensuring peace and quiet.



You have access to the entire house and grounds. Access is easy but requires your own vehicle. In winter, the access road may be impassable.



Pets are allowed under certain conditions; a nightly fee per pet applies.
