There is also a table tennis to spend summer afternoons playing with family and friends. There are rackets and balls available. There are 6.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc. There is one direct neighbor and a few others which are situated in the surroundings. The one-storey house counts with a spacious living area where you can spend your time reading a good book, watching satellite television or just take a nap. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen. The dining area is located in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob. Here you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms. The house is only 3.5 km from the closest village, Campanet, and 6 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. Also, you have to visit the caves of Campanet. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops. Only 16 km from the house, you will reach the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
