The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. On the large main terrace there are sun loungers and sofas where you can relax in the sun, as well as a table and a barbecue so that you can enjoy fun meals with your companions. Being in a village, the house has direct neighbours.

The cosy interior of the two-storey house has a refined rustic style. The spacious living/dining room, with views of the mountains, is equipped with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen, open to the living room, has everything you need to cook great meals. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with shower completes the main floor.

On the upper floor, which can be reached by stairs, you will find 4 bedrooms equipped with AC. One has a single bed, while the rest have double beds. On this floor you will find a shower room. From here you can access a small terrace.

The house is close to the centre of Campanet, an ideal village to connect with the most authentic Mallorca.
In the village you will find some supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The area offers a great natural attraction like the Caves of Campanet or Ses Fonts Ufanes. It can be your starting point for beautiful excursions on foot or by bicycle. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro at 17.8 km.
Other nearby places to visit are Alcúdia, Pollença or the Tramuntana mountains.

- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

- Final cleaning is mandatory and incurs an additional fee.
- Electricity is charged at €0.40 per kWh based on usage.
