”What can I say? Lovely hosts, gorgeous cozy property, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful information pack, board games in the cupboard, everything spotless, and in a great location within a few minutes walk of Lunenberg’s waterfront, shops and restaurants. Even the flowers at the front were in full bloom and smelled amazing! We toured Canada for 5 weeks, as a family of 4, staying in 14 different locations, and this house was my favourite. ”A week at the Hilltop Retreat was great…a month would have been better. This quaint little cottage provided a cozy but plentiful space for our family of four. We enjoyed the large, open yard, with plenty of room for outdoor activities, and the beautiful ocean view while sitting and drinking coffee every morning. We made great use of the golf clubs, kayaks and bicycles. The cottage provided a great base for us while we explored the south shore. We hope to visit again very soon!”

”This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
