” It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. ”

”Wonderful location, but the hotel is in poor repair. We stayed there 5 years ago and loved it. This time we had stains on the upholstered chairs, threadbare carpet and worn paint on bathroom vanity. We stayed three days and did not have housekeeping services. We told the front desk that we put our trash and wet towels outside the door, but they were still there in the morning.”

”The rooms were dirty. We were placed in two different rooms. The first room had dirty bed sheets, there was odd stains on the shower curtain and the shower was not usable. Not to mention the tub was peeling and dirty. The door had a huge break on it that was covered up with a large sticker. The baseboard was peeling off and the room was very dusty. The second room wasn't much better. It too had odd things on the shower curtain and the air conditioning ran for a short while and quit working. All...
