The outbuilding and the pool are separated from the front house by a fence and gate. My children and I do not circulate in this area, which guarantees privacy for guests. Bed linen and towels are included in the daily rate. Separate entrance. IMPORTANT: PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED! This property is NOT intended for parties, gatherings, loud music, etc., due to its proximity to neighboring houses. ONLY guests registered on the app can use the space. There is NO stove or barbecue grill. The house comfortably accommodates two people, but a third guest can be accepted by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
