We traveled with our kids (ages 6, 8, 10) and we are an active family so we had no issues with the vast number of stairs. ”We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is very close to all the main attraction, but was on a quiet street, which I definitely appreciated. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
