In the south of Mallorca, outskirts of Sa Ràpita in a quiet settlement, the holiday home Casa Granada impresses guests with its relaxing outdoor areas and rooftop terrace. The home in cheerful colors and charming decor consists of an open-plan living/dining room with an integrated, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with comfortable, queen size mattresses and built-in, teak wood cabinets, a loft with two fold-out futons (for one person each), as well as 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.

The beautiful and well maintend vacation home can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a safe, a bbq.



Two cots (sheets included) are available at an additional cost of 35€ per item per stay as well as two high chairs at no extra cost.



On your private, covered terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, enjoy a freshly prepared meal from your barbecue and admire the view of the lush vegetation of the garden, lined with fragrant flowers. Here you will also find a spacious courtyard to relax with a glass of wine or a good book under the shade of the native trees. The rooftop terrace furthermore invites you to sunbathe below the open, blue sky of Mallorca.



There is furthermore a generous, communal pool area on a separate plot of land, which is shared by the residents of 7 homes. In the generous, semicircular pool, which is sutable also for children with its brick stairs in Roman style, you can refresh yourself on hot summer days. On the mire than 400 m2 terrace surrounding the pool, you are also invited to relax on the sun couches or visit the large pool house with tables and internet access.



The landscape surrounding the property, in the southern part of Mallorca, has a great network of small roads and cycling opportunities. Furthermore, the Marriott's golf course "Son Antem" is about a 15 to 17-minute drive away for all the golf lovers.

A selection of shops, bakery, restaurants, bars and cafes are about a 5-minute drive away in the centre of Sa Ràpita. You can find very good purchasing posibilities with several large supermatkets and a weekly market in Campos, 10 km from your vacation home.

The natural beach of Sa Rapita - Es Trenc, which boasts stunning turquoise water and fine, white dunes of sand, awaits your visit about a 5 minute drive from your front door.



Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The city center of Palma de Majorca is a 30-minute drive away and in 20 minutes you can reach the airport.



The property accepts one dog per stay as long as they comply with the rules that they cannot take the dog to the communal pool nor can they climb or sleep on the beds.
