Country House 'Son Rossinyol' with Mountain Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

This typical Mallorcan country house is located in an absolutely quiet area, on a 62,000 m² plot near Felanitx, surrounded by fields, fig and carob trees. The holiday home has been lovingly and tastefully renovated, and is very well maintained both inside and out.

First floor:

Here you will find the spacious living room with a sofa corner and fireplace, an open kitchen with dining area and access to the covered terrace, two bedrooms (each with two single beds), one with an en-suite shower room and the other with a bathtub.



Second floor:

On this floor there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each, each with its own bathroom, and a living room with a corner sofa. From here you have access to a terrace with a chill-out area.



Extension:

Behind the main house, two new apartments have been added with independent entrances and their own small terraces, of 42 and 46 m² respectively. Both have a bedroom (each with two single beds), living room, small kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and bathroom with shower. There is also a third apartment for four people, with two bedrooms (four single beds), shower room, living room and small kitchen. In the annex of the main house, there is a large fully equipped kitchen (69 m²) with dining area.



Outdoor area:

From the terrace of the house, with a beautiful brick barbecue area, a small garden gate leads to the pool area, which features another covered outdoor seating area and an outdoor pool. There is also a basketball court. On the extensive grounds of the estate, there are sheep and, occasionally, horses and ponies in fenced areas.
