Fantastic Holiday Home with Pool, Wi-Fi and Terrace; Parking Available

Located in the southwest of Mallorca, just a few kilometres from the Estrenc-beach, the 2-storey holiday home Casa Lavanda shares a large pool area with a group of 7 houses. The holiday home offers a light-flooded living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include among other things Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, board games, toys for the beach, a safe, a bbq and sun beds.



Two cots (sheets included) are available at an additional cost of 35€ per item per stay as well as two high chairs at no extra cost.



Outdoors, there is a lovingly planted garden, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a large pool area with a pool house. Start your day with a tasty breakfast on your private terrace or end mild summer evenings with a glass of wine.



Refresh yourself in the 112 m² pool, cool off under the outdoor showers and tan on the sun loungers. Surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation and in the privacy of the well maintained vacation home you can spend an unforgettable holiday here.



A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in a 5-minute drive in Sa Ràpita.

You can find good purchasing possibilities, with several large supermarkets and a weekly market, in Campos 10-minutes-cardrive away.



The nearest sandy beach, Arenal de Sa Ràpita, can be reached after 3,5 km or a 5-minute drive. Listen to the rhythmic sound of the waves and leave the worries of everyday life behind you.



Parking is available on the public parking place near to the house.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You share the spacious pool area with the guests of 6 other houses; it is located on a separate property near the house (approx. 20 m).
