The private property is located in a sparsely populated residential area and is easily accessible via a paved road. A large and well-kept garden offers a great welcome and invites you to explore the neighbourhood. Many palm trees and other Mediterranean plants adorn the premises and create an enchanting atmosphere in which you will enjoy spending time. A hammock adds to the inviting atmosphere. There is even a football goal for young and old alike. The 10-metre pool, which can be easily reached via a semi-circular staircase, provides the necessary refreshment on warm summer days: go for a swim in the morning, swim a few laps and enjoy the refreshment that spreads throughout your body! Don't forget a good book and enjoy hours outside or under the beautiful wooden ceiling with a drink within reach! A large covered terrace is located in front of the house and has a dining table with additional seating: This is the place for breakfast, where you can sit together and plan the rest of the day with a view of the garden and the blue sky. But it's also a lovely place to sit in the evening and if you fire up the barbecue in time, you can celebrate a culinary BBQ at the end of the day.



Inside the villa, a rustic and cosy atmosphere awaits you: traditional exposed beams, terracotta tiled floors and natural stone elements on the walls create an individual and very cosy ambience. The use of unobtrusive, light colours underlines the inviting effect, as do the carefully selected antique furniture and classic decorations. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with an island and a large dining table that invites you to cook and eat together. The brightly decorated room is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee machine, providing a good basis for independent self-catering. Find your personal favourite spot in the cosy living room with separate reading corner under the stairs and enjoy moments of relaxation - the fireplace is not in use, but still provides a homely atmosphere. There is also a bathroom with bathtub on this level, while on the top floor there are three separate bedrooms, all with yellow walls and two further spacious bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Two 1.80 x 2.00 metre beds and two 0.90 x 2.00 metre beds are available for restful nights. An iron and two hairdryers are available on site and you don't need to bring them with you - this saves space in your suitcase!





Campos itself is a rather peaceful town, but on market days (Thursdays and Saturdays) there is a lot of life. In addition to regional agricultural products such as fruit and vegetables, other items such as souvenirs are also on sale. The harbour area of the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (21 km) is very inviting, perhaps you would like to take a look? If you love beach holidays, this villa is the right place for you: the inviting beaches of the south-east coast, such as the family-friendly Es Trenc beach, are within easy reach in a hire car. The spacious Villa Son Viquet is situated in a rural location on a picturesque plot, just a 10-minute drive east of Campos. In Campos you will find bars, restaurants and shops for your daily needs. The drive to the southern beaches of Mallorca is not far from this holiday home. Mallorca's lively capital Palma can be reached in around 40 minutes by car.
