Villa 'Jara' with Private Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Villa Jara is a unique retreat featuring a restored 200-year-old main house, a newly built guest building with additional en-suite bedrooms, and a third outdoor area with a summer kitchen, shaded terrace, and a poolside lounge. The property is committed to sustainability, with solar panels providing clean, renewable energy year-round.



The main house offers an open-plan kitchen and a bright living-dining room with white décor, exposed beams, and sandstone floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and a fireplace adds comfort during cooler months. Upstairs is the only bedroom in the original house—also the only one with air conditioning—which includes a private terrace and a modern bathroom.



Outside, a covered porch with stone benches and cushions overlooks the orchard, providing a peaceful spot to relax. The terracotta guest house has four independent double bedrooms, each with a private entrance, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom.



The impressive 10 x 4 m pool (depth 0.70 m to 2 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. There’s also a shaded terrace and a fully equipped summer kitchen with charcoal barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.



Heated pool: Water is kept at a comfortable 25–28°C, depending on weather and use of the thermal cover at night (recommended). This service is provided at no extra cost and is especially appreciated in spring and autumn.



Villa Jara is in a private yet well-connected location, close to a rural road leading to Es Trenc and Ses Covetes beaches.
