World class climbing and hiking trails are minutes away. Grocery store 10 minutes.
All guests please follow these rules at all times. If you have any issues with the property, please contact us. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. - No smoking inside. Please do not leave any garbage outside, as wild animals might get into it. Your Stay includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and basic toiletries. - Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products - Check-in at 3pm / Check-out at 11am - Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD - If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. - This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied - The sleeping occupancy limit for this property is 4 people - Broken, damaged, or missing items will also result in additional charges. Parking is in front. You are able to park trailers, UTV, etc. But please make sure you are not blocking any roads. Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. - If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the house in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. - Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. It is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have. - Any house rules violation may lead to the termination of your stay Fees: • $300 Per day that you are smoking inside the property • $100 Late Checkout Fee • $Price of the room for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours •
