Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. The bed was very very comfortable. Lots of amenities, including a convection oven, air fryer, and a bidet. Has a neat feature where the upstairs window pulls out...

”The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. ”This house is beautifully decorated with top notch fixtures, high end finishes including granite counters. We stayed during Christmas week: charming decorations including a Christmas tree and garland. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly: multiple storms during our stay & the snow was cleared at dawn even on holidays! The hot tub and outdoor area is fantastic.
