âExcellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! â

âBeautiful hotel with a welcoming and friendly service. Air conditioned rooms that are tastefully designed with comfortable spacious beds.
The continental style breakfast was perfect and met the needs of our stay of 5 nights.
The location is ideal for exploring the city of Palma as well as the beautiful beaches within the area (Platja d'Illetes, Playa de Illetes & Cala Major). Highly recommend making use of the local bus service (bus number 4) at only 2 euros each.

âSanta Clara is perfectly located in the old town of Palma. Rooms are modern and stylish, breakfast not huge but fresh and tasty. Staff was very nice and helpful with us. Renting the hotel's bikes was a nice way to take a trip along the coast line.â

âThe hotel itself was very nice. Beautiful garden with a pool and few sunbeds. Service was occasionally very slow and neutral. For example in the spa there were towels and bottles of the previous guests. We mentioned about it and asked for someone to collect them, but nothing happened. One day the hotel was fully booked and the service during breakfast was extremely slow because there was not enough personnel. On the other hand housekeeping was perfect. âMukava pieni hotelli, jossa vallitsi rauhallinen tunnelma johtuen kohtuullisesta asiakasmÀÀrĂ€stĂ€. Henkilökunta ja palvelut loivat mahtavan vierailukokemuksen. Aamiainen ja ruoka olivat erittĂ€in laadukkaita. Ainoa miinus tulee hotellihuoneen ÀÀnieristyksestĂ€ ja talvikaudella ilmastoinnista, joka oli asetettu vain lĂ€mmittĂ€mÀÀn, joten yöllĂ€ oli asteen verran liian lĂ€mmintĂ€ nukkua.â
