”Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Hotelli pieni, erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen. Vanhan kaupungin alueella, ei liikenteen melua. Kaunis puistikko ja rantabulevardi parin sadan metrin päässä. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin.”

”Sijainniltaan tämä kohde oli todella hyvä. Hotelli vanhassa luostarissa oli arkkitehtuuriltaan hieno ja mielenkiintoinen. Viihtyisät aamiais- ja ruokailutilat. Erittäin ystävällinen ja huolehtiva hotellin johtajatar (+++). Kokonaisuutena miellyttävä kokemus.”
”Excellent location. A short walk to the cathedral, and the best shopping and restaurant scene in Palma. Comfortable room with all modern amenities and friendly staff. The sink could be a little bigger and the overall ventilation stronger. This was my first experience with the hotel reception on the top floor, and I liked it. Totally boutique!”

For example in the spa there were towels and bottles of the previous guests. We mentioned about it and asked for someone to collect them, but nothing happened. One day the hotel was fully booked and the service during breakfast was extremely slow because there was not enough personnel. On the other hand housekeeping was perfect. Also food in the restaurant at dinner as...

”Santa Clara is perfectly located in the old town of Palma. Rooms are modern and stylish, breakfast not huge but fresh and tasty. Staff was very nice and helpful with us. Renting the hotel's bikes was a nice way to take a trip along the coast line.”
