”Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!”

”We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We were only there 2 nights and wished we were staying longer. No view from our room but the area is beautiful and there is much to do. Our 1-bedroom room was spacious and well-equipped. The only problem was the very low toilet and they are replacing those gradually. We could have used more info at check-in as to the indoor pool and what else is available at the hotel. Check out went well and employee was very helpful and friendly.”

”The manager, Laura Rummel is an angry, mean spirited disgrace. I required some assistance on a billing issue and asked for the manager two straight days. I was given a curt answer from the front desk staff that it would be 15 minutes before she could see me. Who treats a guest in that manner? But I waited the 15 minutes in both cases but it was clear she had no intention of helping me to resolve the issue. When I finally met her face to face, she became angry and mean spirited. ”They had some kind of family party going on. The whole family would gather by the pool and have their meals, full tables with trays of food. My daughter was not able to use the pool and that was the main reason for us staying there. Otherwise fine. Oh the smoke alarm went off once too”
