”We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. ”The only staff that was helpful was the person who checked us out. We wanted a pool and upon arrival they notified us that it was closed. When we asked to have our room cleaned they didn’t do it and when we ran out of toilet paper we had to get our own. They continued to run out of breakfast. The only good thing was the location and I loved Santa Fe in general most of the people were very friendly, but the only person that was friendly at the sage was the person who checked us out.”

”The owners were very nice, but the internet was not reliable some days, so I could not video conference. The television’s remote was not configured to the tv, which the owners indicated a willingness to fix.”

”My wife and I stayed at this property visiting one of her lifelong friends. Plumbing in the shower /tub did not work. We reached out to management and they said that's just how old plumbing is. However, I own multiple rent houses and deal with these issues often. It was not the old plumbing. It's a simple fix of replacing the spout for the shower tub complex to work. ”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”Nicely refurbished motel with covered parking right next to the door and has a skylight in the room - the natural light was wonderful. The room was very clean and odor free. Everything worked as it should and the bed was comfortable. Due to the U shaped layout of the motel it feels safe and a lot of the road noise is blocked.
