”I was a little nervous about the “no check-in desk” (only emailed codes for the main entry and room doors) but it all worked out fine. The room was decorated interestingly. The scent of the soap/Shampoo was not for us, but the staff came minutes after we emailed them to remove it. Coffee shop is great. Location can’t be beat. Owner sat out on the porch one day chatting with guests. Friendly guy!”

”What a nice "find" among Stratford's hold house inns and b&bs. We stayed in the luxury suite which was spacious, clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet even though it faces one of Stratford's main thoroughfares (great soundproofing). Plus the most quiet, comfortable air system we've ever encountered. Free parking, within walking distance to downtown's restaurants and shops (try Fellini's for Italian, Features for breakfast or lunch). Breakfast at Ambassador's Inn is a real treat and host Andrew...

”Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too.
The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well.
Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided.
Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown.
The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.”
