”No elevator in the lodge, so we hauled our suitcases up the stairs. We were anxious to watch FIFA World Cup soccer, but there was no TV in the room. The meals and drinks at the Lodge were way overpriced. The lodge is between Hinton and Jasper, so there are no nearby restaurants or food stores. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was great.”

”Beautiful property. Very cute and quaint. The shower doors only open inward which makes zero sense. Unless you are very slender to fit around the door, you’re not getting a shower. Also, our jacuzzi tub jets randomly turned on in the middle of the night (empty, dry tub) which scared us pretty well, but we had a good laugh over it. Informed reception staff about the shower doors and jacuzzi tub and they couldn’t have cared less.
That said, I’d totally stay again as it was such a beautiful and...

”We did not stay there as one room had cat urine smell, the other one had water on the floor and rug. 2 abandoned car in the parking lots. It was honestly disgusting.
You should not have this place on your web site”

”The cabin was dated along with the furnishings but it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. It is about a 25 minute drive to Banff and Lake Louise and we had an awesome grizzly encounter right down the road on 1A with 3 grizzlies. The staff are great. There is a small grocery store that has essentials, beer, wine and the creamer you will need for your morning coffee provided.”
