”There wasn’t a ‘welcome’ per se but everything went quite smoothly. We were able to locate and enter the suite easily with the instructions given. ”

”Very good location central to Golden. The host was very helpful when I had to modify the dates of the reservation during the authorized period to do so. Not too many apartments with kitchen within center of town. Do not expect a five star location, but apartment is clean with all you need for a long stay; also close to grocery, restaurants, hiking, etc.”

”The property was nice. Underground parking a plus. Bed super comfortable. Loved that it was pet friendly. Nice bedding and towels etc. Cozy. Hosts extremely responsive and helpful. I am thankful for their kindness. Clean property outdoors as well. They even had bear spray! I really wish the fire pit and hottub was available during my stay. I had planned my solo stay with those two evening activities in mind. Please update welcome binder. Park pass is no longer provided which isn’t a big deal...

”The outside of the property looked run down and sketchy. Thought we were in the wrong place. The inside has been remodeled and was better. Laundry is in another building. The owner seems nice and explained that they are working on the property. ”

”It was the perfect spot for a weekend of skiing. It had everything we needed. Clean, cozy, close to the hot tub, had everything we needed to cook our meals and close enough to great spots if we wanted to eat out. A quiet location!”
