”Very very noisy from the apartment above, shower tap dripping all time. TV in room but not channels available or screen sharing option. You can hear people walking on the street all time and the train. Hottel probably knows since they left ear plugs in the bathroom. No lotion in the washroom. For the amount of money we paid, I would’ve expected something better. ****I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL*****”

”not renovated. broken faucet, bedroom saide table needed drawer repair, could not stabilize water for shower - it was scaulding. Front desk said to let it run. It was clean in bathroom/kitchen. Carpeting looked and felt dirty. This was way over priced for being so shabby.”

”The pull out couch was very dirty, no extra blankets were provided in the room and when we arrived back around midnight after the wedding we attended, our air conditioner had leaked all over the floors and we had to clean it up.”

”Good quiet unit near the Banff park boundary. Parking is pretty good but you do have to haul luggage a fair distance and up stairs. Pet friendly at a cost. AC works good and is available in bedrooms and main living area. The unit looked clean on the surface but floors in the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were not good at all. It looked like no one has done a good cleaning in a long time. Hair and dirt accumulated in corners, a wad of gum under a bed. Towels were stained. Pillows in the...

”Unit was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Not a good view to a very run down house across the street. Booking was for 4 adults. Better for two adults and two children. Only one room and a sleeper couch. But comfortable. Power outage meant no drinking water, shower or flushable toilet for the duration of our stay. Strange to not have a back up for situations like this. Host refunded us without us asking. Outstanding.”
