”This property is amazing! It is steeped in Costa Rican charm including hand-painted tiles and murals and hand-carved doors. Amazing views of the lake and the volcano. Patrick was very helpful recommending activities and helping getting them set up. The house is large, but it's set up in a way that our 4-person family still felt cozy. It also has a relatively accessible bedroom on the first floor that makes it perfect for those with older family members.”

”Un petit coin de paradis au cœur de la nature! On a adoré notre séjour à la Villa El Tucan ! Dès notre arrivée, Stéphane et Nillareth nous ont accueillis avec une gentillesse incroyable. Le chalet était super propre, confortable, et les espaces communs bien entretenus. L’endroit est vraiment paisible, parfait pour décrocher. On a eu droit à une petite visite du domaine avec Stéphane, qui nous a montré plein de choses intéressantes : bananiers, ananas, chauves-souris, fourmis coupe-feuilles…...

”Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! ”The villa is just as described and the location is cool. We spent days exploring the area, late afternoons cooling off in the pool and evenings watching the sunset. The walk down to the river is easy and we spent an afternoon hanging out there and swimming in the water. As others have said, there is still a lot of construction happening on the property and when complete the place will be fantastic. For now, there are no other amenities like a restaurant or spa on site but they are building...

”The people running it were so nice and extremely helpful. We got set up with a guide to take us on a hike to a spectacular waterfall, and were told of other places of interest. The food was delivered hot to the house and was plentiful and good. It was odd that in the very well stocked kitchen, there was no silverware.
