Inside, the great room provides awestruck views and may make you feel as though you're in a tree house when you look through the many large windows and doors surrounding this cozy space. Comfortable furniture surrounds the decorative fireplace and adds a nice ambiance to the room.

The open floor plan will allow your group to mingle and enjoy one another's company. Flow freely from the great room to the dining area with large wooden table to the kitchen. Find the corner kitchen to be spacious and stocked with a large variety of cooking and eating ware.

Outside, the balcony located off the great room offers dining, and lounging alike. Enjoy the views of Canandaigua Lake in the distance while you sip a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine and listen to the sounds of nature around you.

Completing the entry level are the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs, you'll find an additional private bedroom with full/twin bunk, a single bed and a private bathroom with stand-up shower. This level stays cooler all year round, but there are space heaters for comfort in the winter months.

The upper level offers two separate loft sleeping areas. The first with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second loft offers an additional queen bed.

Each of the four sleeping areas offer a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and perfect space to rest your head for the evening. Rest up for the adventures on your itinerary for the next day!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
