”Pidin siitä, että hotelli oli sopivan kokoinen ja persoonallinen boutique-hotelli. Majoitusliikkeen ympäristö oli kaunis ja hyvin hoidettu. Suurin osa palveluista sujui hyvin. Kun esim. wc:n huuhtelu meni epäkuntoon, korjaaja tuli heti soitettuani conciergelle. Ainoastaan pesula-palvelu ei toiminut aivan odotusten mukaan. Jättäessäni pyykkiä pestäväksi pyykkipussiin sänkyni päälle keskiviikkona sitä ei ollut noudettu vielä perjantainakaan. Mukana oli asianmukaisesti täytetty pesulalappu....

Out of all of the resorts.I stayed at in the past week.I rate this one the best... ”

”We loved everything about it- even though there was a couple of things that were disappointing.. don't know if it was because of the renovating and transforming to Capella from Discovery Marigot,but the staff was sometimes a bit asleep so to say. We got wrong bills , ordered things like coffee while eating lunch and it never came.. All in all it didn't have that much influence to our holiday,staff was so nice and polite,each and every one of them. Tv in the room was bad,obviously it was reported...

”Although I had an issue with just one coffee per stay it was great service. Eugene at check in went above and beyond. Check out I didn't realize was at 11 but they were patient with me. Kudos to the employees I interacted with they were awesome. ”

”Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are great. You pay extra for it but it’s worth it. If you are driving, please be careful with the roads. It can difficult to find from the main road. There should be a sign out on the main road. The pool is great. The rooms are very spacious and clean and patio and view was simply breathtaking. If I plan another trip to St. Lucia, I would definitely stay again! ”

”Man märker att det har varit fin och omskött någon gång. Men inte på länge.Tex simbassängen på deras bilder borde inte klassas som människovärdig. Den var inte säkert städad på detta år. Och i övrigt ligger skrot och gamla anläggningar runt gården. Rummet var helt enligt förväntningarna, förutom att vattnet i duschen inte drog ut, men sådant händer.”
