Enjoy a warm welcome to our stunning 1-bedroom apartment, complete with a study featuring a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Braddon!

Step into this spacious retreat offering you the perfect sanctuary to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Enjoy the comfort of full access to the property`s amenities throughout your visit.

This home has 3 floors. Please note that there is a staircase within the premises.

BEDROOM:
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The study room, complete with a sofa bed for additional guests. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The garage has space for two cars.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

The apartment sits in a vibrant neighborhood, just a hop away from the CBD, teeming with color, creativity, and culinary delights. Take leisurely strolls along its lively streets, adorned with quirky shops and cozy cafes.

When hunger strikes, indulge in juicy burgers and crispy fried chicken at Grease Monkey or relish hearty steaks at Marble and Grain. Italian and Sons offers authentic Italian cuisine, with tempting pasta dishes and delectable desserts.

For an unforgettable evening, relax at The Civic Pub with friends or explore Hopscotch`s chic ambiance and wide selection of whiskey.

Don`t forget to explore nearby attractions such as the National Museum of Australia, showcasing millennia of Australian history, and Civic Square, a bustling hub for culture and entertainment.

Getting around the area is a breeze with plenty of transportation options available. Whether you prefer buses, trains, or ridesharing services, moving around is simple and convenient. Plus, the apartment is just a quick 10-minute drive from Canberra Airport, ensuring stress-free travel to and from your accommodation.

Transportation Highlights:

Nearby bus stops are conveniently located within walking distance:
1. Northbourne Ave Canberra Centre Apartments (only a 10-minute walk)
2. Northbourne Ave Mantra (10-minute walk)
3. City Interchange Plt 6 (8-minute walk)

For those who opt for train travel, light rail stations are a leisurely 12-minute walk from the apartment: Alinga Street and Elouera Street. Be sure to plan your route in advance with CMET.

If you fancy exploring the city on two wheels, consider renting a bike from Share A Bike - Crowne Plaza. Their hassle-free bike rentals with well-maintained bicycles and user-friendly keypads, allowing you to fully explore Canberra`s attractions!

If you plan to use the fold-out bed during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you, which will incur a fee of $55. This fee will need to be settled before we can confirm that the fold-out bed is ready for your use.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don`t have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
