Located in the urban area, your 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments is just moments away from all of the action whether it be for business or leisure. Choose to leave the car behind and walk 10 minutes to the ANU campus or catch the tram into the city center for great restaurants, cafes and bars.

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There are also multiple free 2H street parking nearby.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging, but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

1. The contractors will set up a base in the basement, utilising the first three visitor car parks to the right upon entering from the driveway. That area will be fenced off, prohibiting pedestrian access to the broader garage area through the pedestrian access door. Access to the garage on foot will require the use of garage door remotes.
2. Initially, scaffolding will be erected with minimal width to minimise interference with normal activities. There will be some impact on the width of driveway access, necessitating additional caution when entering and leaving the car park. There is a possibility of additional support scaffolding in the basement, which will be confirmed if required once detailed plans are finalised. Special care should again be taken to avoid any basement scaffolding.
Access to balconies adjacent to scaffolding should be avoided until the scaffolding is removed, due to safety, security, and insurance reasons. You may also be asked to remove items from balconies before and during the scaffolding installation.
3. The contractors are likely to utilise the front nature strip throughout the project. This is unavoidable due to limited access points around the building.
4.The project will be noisy both during setup and as the current cladding panels are removed. The panels will be removed from the site as they are taken down to reduce risks to the building.
