Cocoonr offers this magnificent, eco-responsible, air-conditioned house with sea view for rent in the commune of Cancale. It is less than a kilometer walk from the beaches, and has a swimming pool. Wi-Fi included (fiber optics).

With a surface area of 146 m², it can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It has a lovely 36 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), a 541 m² garden and a small swimming pool with counter-current.

The accommodation includes :
Ground floor :
- A 36 m² living room with TV (non-functional fireplace), sofa, armchair and a dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : with queen-size double bed (160x200), sea view and private shower room,
- A garage with a laundry area equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
- Separate WC

First floor :
- Bedroom 2 : sea view with queen-size bed (160x200), possibility of forming two single beds.
- Bedroom 3 : garden view with 2 single beds (80 x 200), convertible into a queen-size double bed (160x200).
- Bedroom 4 : sea view with trundle bed (2 single beds, these beds are only intended for children).

- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC.

Exterior :
- A (private) swimming pool (3m x 2m), heated. Open from May to September.
- A beautiful 541 m² garden
- 2 terraces with sea or pool views, with gas plancha and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The area :
Within a 5-minute drive, you can access all the essential shops and boutiques, restaurants, bars, market in the market town of Cancale (on Sunday mornings) and the port of la houle, famous for its oysters less than 10 minutes away by car.

Activities :
The house is an ideal starting point to Saint-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, the wild coast with its most beautiful beaches of fine sand: the beach of Saussaye at 700m, the beach of Port Mer 900m. The Pointe du Grouin is a fifteen-minute walk along the GR34.

Transport :If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house (2 vehicles maximum).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest SNCF station : La Gouesnière: 8km - Saint-Malo: 16 km
- Nearest airport : Rennes 80km
- Seasonal buses
- "Cancale Port-Mer" stop 500 meters away, take you to the beaches along the coast as far as Saint-Malo.

Other comments:
- Parties / loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighborhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant about any nuisance and are counting on you to adopt good neighborliness rules to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one for everyone.- Sheets and towels included
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Small pets are welcome. Before leaving the property, guests are asked to kindly remove all animal droppings from the terraces and lawns so that future guests can fully enjoy the outdoor spaces.
- The fireplace is not functional
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A supplement of €50 will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.

On your arrival, the beds will be made and towels provided. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be at your service throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
