The apartment features a spacious living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a guest toilet. Air conditioning is available only in the living room.



The location is excellent—40 minutes by car from the beaches of Costa Brava and Barcelona city, and just ten minutes from public transport, including the train, so you don’t need a car. The apartment is on a very quiet street, less than ten minutes’ walk from the beach.



Thanks to its location, you can easily visit both Barcelona and Costa Brava. Public transport to central Barcelona is convenient, with the train less than ten minutes away on foot and frequent service. If you have a car, you can also explore the famous beaches and coves of Costa Brava.



The property offers uncovered parking for one car.



The apartment is in a residential area where, by local regulation, loud music and raised voices are not allowed after 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 9 p.m. on other days. Please be considerate of neighbors to ensure a peaceful stay. Parties are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed. Guests under 25 cannot check in.



Important rules: Check-in is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. is available for an extra fee. Check-in is not possible after 11 p.m.
