The apartment is in a residential area where, according to local regulations, loud music and talking are not allowed after 10 pm (Friday and Saturday nights) and after 9 pm on other days. Please be considerate of neighbors to ensure a peaceful stay.



Important rules: Check-in is from 5 pm to 9 pm. Late check-in is only available from 9 pm to 11 pm for an extra fee payable on arrival. Check-in is not possible after 11 pm. Check-out is by 10 am.
