This fully equipped vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, offering everything you need for a pleasant and practical stay. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi access and air conditioning for optimal comfort, as well as secure parking for two cars within the private courtyard.

Inside, the house consists of two bright bedrooms, each with double beds (160 cm) and storage wardrobes. There are also separate toilets and a large bathroom with a shower accessible for people with reduced mobility, along with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

The living room is divided into several inviting spaces. The first area, located at the front, opens onto the courtyard with a terrace featuring an outdoor dining table. The living area includes a dining corner and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines, induction and gas cooktops, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, Cookeo, and storage).

Beyond the kitchen, another large living space awaits you, with a Smart TV and a large convertible sofa. At the back of this area, a modular space with a sofa bed (BZ) is separated by curtains for added privacy. All these living areas extend to the rear courtyard, where you can enjoy a large dining table, a sunshade, and a barbecue for delightful outdoor moments.

You will be asked to settle the security deposit for your rental, and a link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival. Payment must be made before your arrival (no cash or checks accepted).

The keys can be collected at the Citygest agency between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
