## Logement
Nestled in the heart of Canet en Roussillon, only a few steps from the main attractions, this typical Canetoise combines comfort, functionality and direct access to the sea. Whether you are in a couple, with family or friends, you will enjoy a pleasant and practical living environment to explore the region while enjoying moments of relaxation in a warm setting.

The accommodation consists of a spacious room equipped with a double bed 140 x 190 and two single beds 90 x 190, distributed in such a way as to guarantee each its space. Whether it is for a good night’s sleep after a day at the beach or an afternoon nap, the beds have been designed for your comfort.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped for your meals on site: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine Salenzo, as well as plenty of storage. You will find everything necessary to cook independently.

The large cellar houses a washing machine, ideal for extended stays. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and everything needed for your daily routines.

In the lounge area, you will find a television for your relaxing evenings, as well as a fan to cool the atmosphere in summer.

One of the major assets of this accommodation is its furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying meals outside or simply relaxing. You will find an outdoor table, a parasol, a barbecue, as well as a shelter for your beach affairs. It is the perfect place to enjoy your sunny breakfasts or organize a convivial barbecue after a day by the water.
